Newington operates due to the volunteerism of its citizens to serve on the various Boards and Commissions.  These positions are nominated by the two parties to the Town Council who then votes on the nomination.

 

Interested persons should send a letter or email about their interest and a brief description of why they wish to serve. Applicants must be a Newington resident and a registered voter.
